Good location, nice interior; staff fair-good. Size is wonderful but I get confused with locations(the "site" will feature behavioral health across the street soon).

My husband was referred to an eye doctor by the VA at the Sheboygan clinic. We normal go to Prevea because of our insurance. I cannot say enough about a gal named Patty that works for Dr. Brooks. We had to be referred to a retinal eye Dr. & Patty went out of her way to help us get all set up with a Dr. in Green Bay. We cannot say enough about how Patty helped us & even gave us a call a few days later to make sure everything turned out OK.
